To be honest, hospitality wasn’t something I originally planned. My first experience was at the Rooms Hotel Kazbegi, working at the reception. That’s where everything changed for me – I fell in love with the energy, the people, and the satisfaction that comes from helping guests feel welcome and cared for. It opened my eyes to a career I hadn’t considered before.

After Rooms Hotel, I joined Accor at ibis Styles Tbilisi Center. That was my first experience with an international brand, and it really shaped how I see hospitality on a global level. Since then, I’ve continued to grow within the industry, learning from every role and challenge. At the moment I’m working at ibis Tbilisi Stadium as a Front Office Manager.

One of my proudest moments was when I successfully managed a particularly busy season at the hotel. It tested my skills, leadership, and ability to stay calm under pressure. I also take pride in every time a guest leaves happy because of something I did or said.
