Since I graduated from university, I was drawn to the energy, the people, and the opportunity to make a real difference in someone’s day. After working a while, I quickly realized how fulfilling it could be to create memorable experiences for guests. That’s when I knew hospitality was where I belonged.

Over the years, I’ve had the opportunity to work in various roles and properties (Marriott, IHG, The Small Luxury Hotels) each shaping my growth in different ways.

A major turning point in my career was moving to Germany. It was both a personal and professional milestone that came with many challenges – adapting to a new language, navigating a different work culture, and connecting with people from various backgrounds. At first, it was overwhelming, but over time it became one of the most rewarding experiences of my life. It pushed me out of my comfort zone and helped me grow stronger, more adaptable, and more open-minded. Embracing a new environment taught me how to truly connect with others beyond language and cultural differences. Those are skills that are invaluable in the hospitality industry.

What I love most about hospitality is the human connection. Every day is different, and the chance to brighten someone’s stay, even in small ways, it is incredibly rewarding. I also enjoy the teamwork and the sense of family we have in this industry.

I’ve had the privilege of hosting the Prince of Dubai, national football players, renowned politicians, and famous singers. These moments stand out not just because of who they are, but because of the level of trust placed in us to deliver flawless, discreet, and memorable experiences. Being part of those moments has made me incredibly proud and reinforced the importance of professionalism, attention to detail, and genuine hospitality.
