Nino Burjaliani's story

My story with Accor started almost nine years ago, in June 2016, when I joined as the HR Manager for Accor’s first hotel in Georgia, Mercure Tbilisi Old Town. From the very first day, I knew I had found my place. The energy, the culture, and the passion for hospitality made me feel at home. As our journey continued, we opened ibis Styles Tbilisi Center, and in 2024, I took on the responsibility of leading the Talent & Culture department for a fantastic combo, including the prestigious Swissôtel Tbilisi.

Over the years, my role evolved, and so did my perspective. Before stepping into my current position, I was actively supporting hotels across the region, guiding their Learning and Development journeys. Each experience helped me grow—not just as a professional but also as a person. Accor has always been a company that opens doors to endless possibilities, and I am living proof of that.

Nine years in, and I still wake up excited for what’s ahead. The opportunities within Accor are truly limitless for those who embrace the journey with passion and dedication. Hospitality is not just a career—it is a way of life. I am grateful for every step, every challenge, and every moment that has shaped me into who I am today.

2025 began as an exciting adventure, bringing new challenges and incredible opportunities. I am honoured to step into the role of Talent & Culture Business Partner for Georgia and the CIS countries—a new chapter filled with growth and possibilities.

At Accor, the opportunities are limitless. Be ALL You Are!
