I joined the hospitality field through a friend who works in a hotel and he advised me to join the field and gain experience. More than 10 years on, I am still here, which says a lot.

My career at Accor began exactly a decade ago, in March 2015. I began as a supervisor where I could really prove myself professionally, later becoming the SPA Manager. I am incredibly proud of where I am now, increasing turnover of the SPA department year on year, and making a difference at this hotel.

What really fascinates me in hospitality is that it is never boring. There is so much going on, there are many opportunities to grow and to develop your skills. I would recommend joining this industry as it is beautiful – we create longlasting moments and memories.

If you are new to hospitality, don’t give up. Perseverence and hard works pay off – I am a great example of it. 10 years on, and I am still loving it.
